Diabetic Shoe Fitting

We are able perform custom fittings with extra sole inserts for orthotic shoes.

• We are able to bill through select insurance plans including commercial insurances, medicare, and medicaid depending on the insurance plan.
  • If we are billing an insurance we will need to have a prescriber fill out a prescription form that we will to supply to them.
• Shoes and custom fittings are also available for cash paying patients.
